Our Targets::
- Improve the work of traders, dealers, wholesalers and restaurateurs to become winning and effective, to win against competitors
- To understand and to plan business develop giving to top management (shop, supermarket and restaurant directors) formation, new trends, new technologies (supermarket equipment too) during our seminaries and our conferences specialized
- Within one year we organize 22 conferences on all Russian area, and 2 conferences very important into Moscow (in Russian further Moscow and Saint Peterburg there are 12 cities with more of 1 million of inhabitants)
EAIM is very expert of merchandising (to sell more, to gain more and better, how to use technologies, ideas, sales promotions ...)

The Magazine
Starting from September, 19th, we have our monthly magazine: TOCKA PRODAZH (Point of Sale), created specially for the big chain of shops and string of supermarkets

The Conference: OUR POWER
Our mainly job is deliver a specialized lecture about Retail and HoReCa, where we do a develop and a promotion of our Clients’ brands
We are lucky because we work in team with regional Administrations of the big cities, during our seminaries are present all the more important business men of the zone
In the Russian federation to work together regional Administrations is very important, from soviet times, there is a big respect for the Administrations, and to be with a good relation is fundamental to have a good business
At our seminaries we have the top managements of the region, who decide the future of market, they listen our speakers (speakers of our clients), starting new contacts and new business
Russia is an enormous country, and also the big factories having seat in Moscow and S. Peterburg, have big problems of communication and contact with other Russian regions. The regional consumers ask a continue relation of work, exactly supplying data, selling formation and special promotions.
For this reason we do our seminaries to directly contact with our new potential clients in the cities visited
Clients of Regional, National, European factories and Multinationals.
Some statistics:

On August 2005, 24th, we reached more of 250 presences
Wine Market
In the last 2 – 3 years Russian alcoholic trend is moving towards Wine. The experts call Russian market “dynamic market”, they expect for next year a growth of 5.3% approximately
This year have been sold about 40 millions of deciliters of wine, and the selling forecast for the next 5 will quintuple
The main problems regarding wine market are:
- In the restaurants there is not a wine culture and mentality. Few people know the fantastic taste of wine and its incredible features with the food
- In Russia there are 12 cities with more of 1 million inhabitants, and in each city work maximum only 2 sommeliers. In each city we have at least 4 potential Clients that ask us a Sommelier course
Examples of Brands our partnership: Retail and Horeca
Tea “Kama-Sutra” – of medium hight quality, it is imported from Sri Lanka prepared and it is packed in Moscow.
It is present on Russian Marker from 8 years, selling only to little shop.
Now it is our brand from almost 2 years, and its sale have increased until 5% into Russian market
This growth thanks to our efforts, our techniques of merchandising, tasting, promotions and presentations during our conferences. Now it sell into regional chain of shops.
Caffe Pascucci – It is present on Russian market from 2 years, where selling 500 kg in a month only in Moscow. Through our contact Pascucci has found a big partner to distribute coffee out of Moscow, now it is selling in 5 different regions of the Russian country.
They were with us in Tiumen this August 2005, 24th, and they were happy to do a tasting of Pascucci coffee for more of 80 owners of restaurant, finding 2 new potential consumers that wanted buy the coffee
In march 2006 has been open FIRST KAFE PASCUCCI SHOP in Saint Peterburg
Carpigiani - Also the queen of ICECREAM MACHINE decided to start a long tour into our conference, making to test the icecream at the potencially client
